We are pleased to announce that our 10000 Nm multifunctional fastener analysis system for fastener friction coefficient testing has completed commissioning at our Shanghai workshop and is running well. The unit has passed its final inspection and is now ready for shipment to our customer.

A fastener friction coefficient test measures the torque, clamp load and rotation angle developed while a bolted joint is tightened, so that the total friction coefficient can be separated into thread friction and under-head bearing friction. These values are widely used to control preload scatter and to evaluate coatings, lubricants and surface treatments on bolts, nuts and washers. With a 10000 Nm torque capacity, this system covers the high-torque range required by heavy-duty fasteners.

During commissioning the system was run through its complete working cycle, confirmed to be running smoothly, and then passed the pre-shipment inspection before packing.

Our testing systems are used in laboratories, inspection bodies and manufacturing plants for the mechanical evaluation of metals, non-metals, components and finished parts, and every process is controlled according to ISO 9001.
